We have a vacancy for a weekend administration / sales assistant
Your principle working hours will be:- Fridays 11:00 am – 16:30pm Sat-Sun 10:30-14:00.
Quality customer service skills a must, a thorough working knowledge of computers also.
Full training will be given on the software used. Duties will include dealing with enquiries over the phone and in person as well as email. Signing up new clients following our duty of care procedure rigorously, assigning units, locks and keys.
Further duties will include, creating monthly invoices and taking payments. You will be responsible for maintaining a sense of security for our clients at all times ensuring the depot perimeter is inspected daily and the areas are kept clean and tidy.
There will be an additional four hours work on the first working day of each month, occasional out of hours key holder duties and other weekday hours when called on.
A forklift operator’s license training will be offered to a suitable applicant.
